Joshua serves on the Executive Leadership team of the US Marketing & Media Agency, Universal McCann (UM) as Chief Digital Officer (EVP, Head of Digital USA) reporting to the US CEO. At UM, Joshua is responsible for driving transformation across marketing, media, digital, data science, analytics and technology platforms and media working with client such as Coca Cola, Johnson & Johnson, CVS Health, BMW-Mini, Zurich, Hershey, H&M, USPS, GoPro, FIAT-Chrysler, H&M, Sony, and more.
Prior to UM, Joshua's experience includes delivery transformation in digital, media and technology across the Asia-Pacific (China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Australia), and in the UK. Of note, during his career, Joshua has led digital media and data strategies for 2 of the Fortune 10 (CVS Health and Walmart); as well as other companies on the Fortune 500; leading teams of up to 100+ people.
Joshua’s leadership style is pro-active, entrepreneurial and commercial-results driven, focused on developing capabilities and teams that embed a cultural and transformational change in the way digital capability is delivered.
A respected expert on digital and data, Joshua is a frequent speaker at industry events including the Global Chief Digital Officer (CDX) Forum, Vidcon, Oracle Data Cloud Summit, and LiveRamp’s RampUP event.
Joshua holds a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and is on the advisory board of Rutgers University Data Certificate program.
